Before you say "yes" to the first property you see, make a plan so that you can decide on the home that's right for you, not just the one you like. You are welcome to visit us in Sunny Beach and discover everything you need as well as the extra features you hope to get. We will take care of your return airport transfers from either Burgas or Varna airports, as well as offer you to stay in one of our guest apartments within the residential complex.

The price for the return airport transfers and 3 nights stay for 2 people is as follows:

Burgas airport – €180

Varna airport – €240

The above fees are fully refundable if, during your stay, you decide on your property and you're willing to pay €2000 deposit.
