- if purchasing more than one apartment and the total area under the purchase is greater than 100 sq. meters;
- if paying the full agreed purchase price within 1 month of signing the contract of sale;
- if you pay in the following installments:: semiannually, annually, 18 months installments;
- any other terms suggested by you;
